Soka Movement

Soka Movement is a division of RQR Mind & Movement Coaching.  Soka Movement is not only a group fitness class series, but also a Movement of people who have come together to celebrate soca music, appreciate Caribbean culture, lift each other up, support community businesses and initiatives, and get fit while they're at it.  Kerry Ann is the owner and instructor.  She has been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years, and has been teaching Caribbean dance fitness classes in London since 2019.

The Soka Movement series rooted in the electrifying beats of soca music, with uplifting playlists, choreography to get the blood flowing, and energy you won't find anywhere else!  This movement series involves a different class design each week: Soca & Stretch, Soca & Strength, Socalates (a blend of cardio + Pilates), and a very special class called Sweat Fete which happens only on the 5th Tuesday of the month.  Sweat Fete will involve a live DJ, lights, action, and pure energy!
