What I do:

  • Mind coaching: helping folks meet personal life goals; being an accountability partner, and helping problem-solve along the way.

  • Movement coaching: helping folks meet movement and fitness goals in two ways, a) through leading fitness classes, and b) through goal-setting and follow through.

Kerry Ann gave me clarity into my goals in life, and a great amount of motivation to actually follow them. After meeting with Kerry Ann I felt empowered to just go ahead and make the changes I was wanting in my career and personal life.
Overall, I felt I was not living a fulfilled life. I was not satisfied with my current job and living situation. Not just this, but I had also been homesick for the west coast as it had been years since I had lived or even visited there.
Shortly after meeting with Kerry Ann I felt encouraged to just go ahead and book a last minute weekend getaway to visit BC, to do some trail hikes and all the outdoor stuff that I had not been able to do living outside of BC. This really opened my eyes and I realized I really needed to move back. I started researching job opportunities and packed up my stuff and moved.
This is the result of working with Kerry Ann - she guided me and motivated me to just go ahead and make the changes in my life I had been longing for. This is what I needed to do for me. I realized I had nothing holding me back that it was just me that had to make the change. I love where I am and enjoying all what the west coast has to offer. I am living a more balanced life as a result.

Kerry Ann asked thought-provoking questions to get me thinking about why I’m facing this issue and what’s been holding me back from progressing. We talked about it from an outside perspective which got me ‘out of my own head’ and helped me see my goals more clearly. She helped me identify some of my fears surrounding the issue and lead me to self-reflect and eventually realize they were not as big of an obstacle as I had made them out to be. She encouraged me to dig deeper into my sense of self and to think about what would fulfill me the most and how to go about achieving that. I felt vulnerable during the session but I think it was a necessary conversation as it forced me to actually face my issue which I had been avoiding for a while. Together, we set some short term goals for me to finish before our next session which set me in motion for making a long term plan. Overall, I made my own decisions but she helped me get there through leading the conversation with forward-flowing questions and helpful insights. I now feel more confident and better prepared to accomplish my goal.

I worked with Kerry Ann using the single session format as a way to kick off my two year plan to be the best version myself by the age of 40. In our session we focused in on key foundational areas to start work on, both of which have been improved drastically in my day to day life since our meeting. Kerry Ann asked intuitive and insightful questions and gave me tools to hold myself accountable for my goals. I am an extremely self reliant individual and was not certain that I would gain much value from professional coaching, but I am very glad that I curiously decided to give it a try.
